AzureClass (“we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how personal data is handled when you use azureclass.com, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What this website collects

This website does not have any form that collects personal data, and it does not use accounts, payments or advertising cookies. We do not knowingly run analytics or tracking on this site at this time. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.

Data you choose to send us

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you send (for example your name, phone number or email address, and your message). We use them only to reply to your enquiry, schedule a demo class, and, if you enrol, to deliver the course. Messages on WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google to deliver the fonts. Links to WhatsApp open an external service governed by its own policy.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, and then delete them. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India after first contacting us.

Children

Our courses are for adults. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before contacting us.
